The DJ-X7E is the latest small size handheld scanner from Alinco, and fits right in a pocket, as thin as 14.5mm. Its useful wide coverage is from 100kHz to 1300MHz with AM, FM and WFM modes with excellent audio quality. There are three antenna modes to choose from, SMA antenna, earphone antenna and internal bar-antenna for MW. A simple audio descrambler function has also been included. Easy to program with free downloadable software (optional cable required). The supplied AC adaptor can be used to charge and operate the handheld at same time.
