This is a dedicated VHF airband transceiver with VOR Navigation functions. It can only be used by licenced pilots. The IC-A24 covers all the VHF civil navigation and communication channels. The DVOR mode shows the radial to or from a VOR station and the CDI mode shows the course diviation on the display.
