The FR-100 handheld scanner receiver is ideal for a variety of listeners. There are 150 memories in total. It is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket yet sensitive enough to bring in all the signals. It is fitted with a 3.5mm audio socket for private listening with any of the standard mono earpieces. There is a squelch and volume control as well as a number of buttons for light, scan, function, frequency up, frequency down, keylock etc. Once the controls of the receiver have been learned it is amazing how quickly one can move around the frequencies. Supplied with SMA aerial, belt clip, carry strap and instruction manual.
