AAM-7.6 Adapt-A-Mast. Galvanised wall mounted. Supplied with wall brackets, DL600 winch system and cable. Full height 7.6m (25ft), minimum height 4.2m. VHF & HF Mini-Beams. Shipping weight 50kg. State stand-off required, e.g. 8, 12 or 18in. Rotator cage and tilt set extra if required. Upper mast 60 x 45mm rectangular with twin 60.3mm mast clamps.
SPECIFICATION: AAM-7.6, Outer mast 3.8m (12ft 6in), Inner mast 4.2m (14ft), Max head load 25kg (18kg nominal)
CONSTRUCTION & FINISH: Welded using MIG process. Galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461, (formerly BS729).
MOUNTING: Installation is by four "rawlbolts" (not supplied). Choice of 8, 12 or 18in stand off brackets to be included and these can be positioned to suit the user. As the name suggests, the mast can be adapted to tilt, or be free standing as the location demands. Additional brackets and pulleys are available to order.
STUB MAST: There is provision at the top of the inner section for mounting a stub mast of 2in outside dia., a scaffold pole may be used if neccessary but should be restricted to a max length of 2.1m, 1.6m above the rotator.
Guying is recommended when raised in windy conditions.
